Briefly describe what happened, when, where and who was involved.
Important to know: Do not send sensitive personal information or documents by ordinary email. Do not put yourself or anyone else at risk to gather evidence.
How we follow up
We handle reports as confidentially as possible. Information is shared only when needed for follow-up or legal obligations. Absolute confidentiality cannot be promised.
We do not accept retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.
