Education and skills
for work and income
War, displacement and poverty can close the door to education. That door must open again. Imdad supports learning environments and practical skills, giving children, young people and adults more opportunities to shape their own futures.

How Imdad helps
In Pakistan, women have received free tuition in sewing and basic IT. In Burkina Faso, a school is being built to connect agriculture and practical learning. Earlier work in Bangladesh strengthened learning environments for Rohingya children. Your support contributes to teaching, equipment and conditions for learning.
Learning in practice
Women learn sewing and basic IT in Pakistan. In Burkina Faso, the foundations for practical learning around water and agriculture are being built.
School bags and supplies for displaced children
Local staff distribute school bags and supplies to internally displaced children. Practical equipment helps support children’s opportunities to learn, even when daily life is unsafe.
55 enrolled in sewing and computer training
The project report states 30 enrolled in sewing and 25 in basic computer training. Female instructors were recruited locally.
Sewing and basic IT for women
Training aimed to expand opportunities for work and personal income and continued throughout 2025.
A vocational school under construction
The school building is part of a local model in which water, practical learning and agriculture are intended to work together.
Practical training in agriculture
The project aims to give young people knowledge of agriculture and sustainable food production.
